At ground level, the duality between the two streets wich head to the seafront is solved by the construction of a third one, within the plot and under the podium, followed by a series of equipment and services all along its way. The two sides will remain in the same way, while the new access will allow pedetrians to move from the city to the park facing the sea.

The podium has the capacity to spread to the northern plot, “infecting” the existing constructions and making emerge a second level above them. The conflict of the new and old is solved drastically with a dramatic contact between two different natures. This architectonic piece explores the topic “living in horizontal”, but separated from the groung by the equipments atr ground level. The heart of its nature lies on the core, a huge hall wich articulates all the distributions, including a crematory.
